Contextualization  Last fall, Cogeco, the flagship of Quebec telecommunications, moved to 1 Place Ville-Marie in Montreal, in a space specially redesigned for the occasion and taking place on the 33rd and 34th floors of this privileged location. The main factor behind this decision was to fill the lack of space in their offices, located then at 5 Place Ville-Marie since 2006. The new location, totalling over 65,000 square feet therefore meets the demand.
